Look at all the fucks I give.

I nearly forgot to add layers when I try to finish this piece. I had an earlier piece of him with Belial but meh, I want Phil to be alone for awhile. XD

Here's Rushifa's tinkerer, relaxing as he lets one of his living inventions perch on his claw. No one really understands Phil much besides being a foul-mouthed crow, just feed on his good side and you'll all be okay. c:
